| A person is guilty of a federal offense if he or she commits certain crimes aboard an aircraft. Such crimes include murder, attempted murder, manslaughter, attempted manslaughter, maiming, sexual abuse, assault, embezzlement, theft, receiving stolen property, and robbery.
